We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in payment systems, payment gateways, and system integration. The BA will work with business, technical teams, and external payment partners to define requirements, support integrations, and ensure smooth payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements for payment flows and transaction processes
• Work with payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, ) and support API-based integrations.
• Document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, payment workflows, and integration specs
• Collaborate with engineering teams on payment features and technical feasibility
• Support testing and UAT for payment-related features and integrations
• Troubleshoot payment issues related to authorization, refunds, settlements, and reconciliations

Required Experience:

• 5–8 years as a Business Analyst in Payments, FinTech, Banking, or E–commerce
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, payment gateways, and APIs
• Understanding of payment lifecycle: authorization → capture → refund →settlement
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Knowledge of PCI compliance, tokenization, and payment security standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle of projects, from planning to deployment.

• Act as the single point of contact for technical delivery, ensuring alignment between client needs and technical execution.
