Sr. Business Development Manager
    1. Lead Generation & Sales:
  • Revenue goals: US$ 2 million (1 year)
  • Lead generation: Generate leads through various channels like networking, cold calling, attending industry events and following up on marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Client relationship building: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and proposing solutions that address them.
  • Sales pipeline management: Manage the sales pipeline by nurturing leads, qualifying them, and moving them through the sales cycle.

  • What to sell:  Primary focus will be to sell Data Analytics, AI, Product Engineering, Cloud Services, Managed Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation projects
  • Whom to sell:  Small to Medium businesses and large enterprises to whom Rysun’s above technology services need to be sold.  Also, industries like Retail and Hitech will be an area of focus.
    1. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track and report on performance: Track key metrics related to their activities, such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue generated from new clients. Weekly, monthly and quarterly review meetings will be conducted.
  • Analyze data and trends: Analyze data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform future business development strategies.
    1. Additional Responsibilities:

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Lead, to manage our automation testing processes.
